The Webster Technique

What Webster Technique Means to Truly

William's Obstetrics explains that difficult labor is often due to problems with uterine function, pelvic balance, and the baby's position. At Truly, we've seen how adjustments to the sacral area can enhance uterine function, correct pelvic alignment, and ease tension in the pelvic muscles and ligaments.

When a mother's pelvis is balanced, both her uterus and pelvis work more efficiently. This reduces stress on her muscles and ligaments, making pregnancy and childbirth more comfortable. A well-balanced pelvis also provides the ideal space for the baby to develop during pregnancy and to be in the best position for birth.

"Make you feel at home/like you're at a friend's house in their office..."

β€œTruly is great. I tried a handful of chiros in Austin for a year and a half before finding them while pregnant and I can't recommend enough, especially for pregnant mamas. I have multiple spinal conditions and am now almost done with my third trimester, going to see them once/week and remain feeling great, staying active doing yoga twice/week, and working out. We plan on taking our newborn to see them and will continue postpartum to help my body recover after birth."
